How much does it cost?
The cost of our twice a month residential service is very affordable at $4 per trash can. We operate several different pricing options which enable us to be as flexible as possible. Our customers usually start out with our basic, no fuss advance paid yearly term but we have many different pricing options to meet your needs. How can I order service, can I sign up online?
Simply fill out our online form to schedule a clean, or print the service request form and mail it to us and we will arrange to clean your trash cans or call us now at ( 949 ) 215-1191 to be added to the next scheduled cleaning day in your area |

How does it work?
Leave your trash can out the day it is emptied. We will clean and disinfect your Trash Can using our specially designed and environmentally friendly cleaning system, Your trash can is then de-odorized and returned to an agreed designated location on your property. We do not leave your bin on the street unless you request us to.
Our residential trash can cleaning service is carried out on a twice a month basis and forms the major part of our route work system,. We call anytime between the hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm and as soon as we possibly can after your trash can has been emptied, customers with late trash pick up will be serviced the following morning |

We offer two cleaning options. A fortnightly clean and a monthly clean. The average family has their trash cans cleaned twice a month. Obviously the more times your Trash Can is cleaned the greater the hygiene of trash cans |

Do I need to be home when you come round to clean my trash can?
No we will clean your trash can on the street after it has been emptied and return it to the designated storage area

What happens if I forget to put my trash cans out or I move house?
No problem, our policy is that if a clean cannot be done for any reason at all your account will not be charged and we have a “no –hassle refund policy”. Refund is based on straight pro-rata on cleans provided against cleans purchased. If you move house and remain with in our service reach we will be happy to transfer the service to your new address |

Do you collect trash?
No, but any trash left in your trash cans after your collection service has emptied them, will be bagged and placed back inside the trash can once the cleaning process has been completed

No all chemicals used are non hazardous and biodegradable |

We have found that some of the trash cans we clean can take quite a few cleaning cycles to remove the grime that has built up over time, we make every effort to clean your trash can to the highest standards and in time we have found that our machine will remove the most stubborn grime, In the meantime Shiny Can has cleaned your trash can and eliminated odors and germs |

You claim to save water, how does your service save water?
Shiny Can is able to clean over 150 trash cans with just 300 liters of water. The average person using a handheld hose will use 300 liters of water to clean just two trash cans |
